Autodesk Introduces Free Design Review 2008, Freewheel Web Service

Autodesk Inc. announced that Autodesk Design Review 2008, its review, mark-up and design collaboration software, is now available worldwide for download free of charge. The company also released its free Autodesk Freewheel on-demand Web service that enables CAD teams to view and print designs within a Web browser, without installing any software.

For design professionals who work in the manufacturing, geospatial and AEC industries, the company said these solutions strengthen their ability to share and communicate design comments from non-CAD reviewers-digitally and globally. Autodesk Design Review 2008 is a free download, available today in English, Chinese Simplified and Traditional, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Portuguese at www.autodesk.com/designreview-download. Autodesk Freewheel Web service is also available free of charge in English at freewheel.autodesk.com.
